If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us via hello@daylightmoon.com. We accept returns on any full priced orders providing the goods meet our requirements below and are happy to either issue a credit, exchange or refund for you.

All items must be returned to Daylight Moon at your cost in unworn, unlaundered, original condition with original tags within 10 days of contacting us. Daylight Moon reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet these requirements.

All sale items are final sale and we are unable to issue credits or refunds on these, we are however happy to exchange the item for you where possible for another size or style depending on stock availability. In this instance, we will not cover international freight on any returns or exchanges made, this is to be paid for by the customer. Domestic orders that are being returned for exchange are to be returned at the customers expense.

All PRE LOVE purchases are final sale and are not eligible for further buy back or return.


1. Please email hello@daylightmoon.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request return authorisation. Please quote your order number and the item or items that you wish to return or exchange and the reason.

2. A confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details and instructions for returning your item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 10 business days from the date we send you a return authorisation email. All returns must be sent to Daylight Moon Studio, 3/14 Church Street, Devonport, Auckland 0624 with a tracking number.

3. Once we receive the return, you will be issued one of the following: a full refund (less shipping), an online store credit or an exchange depending on the reason for the return.

The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs : including any local duties & taxes applicable to international orders. We do not refund any postal charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.

If you feel you have received a faulty product, we kindly ask you to return the item to us for assessment, following the returns process outlined above. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this we will issue you with an exchange, online store credit or refund you for the original amount paid as per your order invoice.

We will not repair, replace or refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
