As part of our commitment to sustainability and our belief in the quality and longevity of our garments we offer a buy back & preloved programme.
We accept back any DAYLIGHT MOON garment that has been cared for properly by following our advised care instructions in exchange for a store credit which can be used towards any full priced purchase either online or in our Studio.
The garment must not have been altered in any way or have any marks, stains, rips, tears or holes.
If you would like to send us a garment for credit please email us at hello@daylightmoonstudio.com to arrange or bring it into our Studio.
Once assessed we will issue you a store credit for 50% of the resale value less 15% GST. The garment will then belong to Daylight Moon and be listed for sale in our PRELOVED section. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash. If you decide not to sell the garment you will need to arrange return postage or collection of it from our studio.
Any garments purchased in the PRELOVED section are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be aware these garments are second hand pieces and will have been worn.
